Elad Astro

Adv. Elad Astro is a partner at the firm’s Employment and Labor Law department.

Representing local and international employers in various issues of labor relations, he regularly advises with respect to ongoing employment matters, including recruitment and termination of employment processes, human resources policies, engagement with independent contractors and implementation of Israeli labor laws.

By advising on a wide variety of employment law aspects regarding corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments, Elad has developed a keen sense for this field of law.

He now represents local and international employers and corporations in complex labor-related pre-litigation, litigation itself, and also procedures related to various regulatory entities, in mediation and also in employment termination proceedings.

Elad was recognized in the Legal 500 rankings directory as a “Rising Star” in the field of Employment in Israel.

After interning and working as an associate at AYR – Amar Reiter Jeanne Shochatovitch & Co., Elad joined FWMK as an associate in 2016. In 2023, Elad was promoted to a partner at the firm’s Employment and Labor Law department.
