FWMK represented SintecMedia Ltd., in its acquisition of Pilat Media Global Plc., in consideration of USD 100 million.

FWMK was part of the team who represented SintecMedia Ltd. in the acquisition of Pilat Media Global Plc., by means of a Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the UK Companies Act 2006 and cancellation of the admission of Pilat's Ordinary Shares to Trading on AIM and the TASE.
