FWMK represented Somoto Ltd. (SMTO:Tel Aviv) (“Somoto”) in its acquisition of MeMe Video Ltd. (“MeMe”) in consideration of USD 13 million.

FWMK represented Somoto, a developer and provider of Software monetization tools (an Israeli public company, registered in Tel-Aviv) in its acquisition of MeMe - a company that has developed a system of algorithms for processing large scale statistical data, which makes it possible to adapt video space to specific target markets, in consideration of USD 13 million.
