FWMK advises Israeli VC fund Kedma on latest acquisition

FWMK represented Kedma Capital, an Israeli venture capital fund, in its acquisition of Gilcar Systems, an importer, distributor and provider of assembly & installation services of automobile parts, accessories and security systems.
