FWMK Assisted Asurion’s subsidiary Soluto in its Acquisition of Israeli Start-Up

Our firm provided legal support to Asurion's subsidiary Soluto, in the acquisition of the Israeli start-up Drippler. Adv. Erez Mizrachi, head of the High-Tech Department in our firm, and Adv. Yael Ben Naim, head of our Labor Law Department, supported Soluto in the deal.
