FWMK Advised Innovid in its Acquisition of Local Start-Up Company Taykey

Our firm assisted Innovid in its acquisition of local start-up company Taykey. Innovid, which operates one of the leading video advertising platforms in the world, will use Taykey’s technology to analyze the effectiveness of its advertising. Advs. Erez Mizrachi, Doron Hadas and Nir Sade from our high-tech department represented Innovid in the transaction and have been  representing the company since its inception.
