Representing the Israeli start-up SQream in a deal with Alibaba Cloud

We are proud to have represented Israeli start-up company SQream Technologies in a commercial transaction with Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of the Chinese company Alibaba. SQream develops database management technology and following the said transaction, the company will offer its solutions to Alibaba Cloud's customers. The transaction was leaded by our legal team that included Erez Mizrachi, Inbal Sustiel, Itai Farkash, Raya Lalazar and Elad Salem.
