Representation of Aviation Links in the Acquisition of Control of Pegasus Travels and Tours

Our firm represented Aviation Links Ltd (Kishrey-Teufa) in the acquisition of 50.01% of the share capital of Pegasus Travels and Tours, which specializes in international organized tours, in return for a cash payment of NIS 34.5 million and an additional NIS 16.5 million, subject to the company's future performance. Completion of the transaction is contingent on the receipt of certain approvals.
