FWMK Represented Source Defense In a $10 Million Financing Round

Our firm represented cyber company Source Defense in a financing round in which the company raised $10 million.

The venture capital funds Allegis Cyber and Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP) participated in the financing round, together with additional investors including Global Brain, Nightdragon and Connecticut Innovation

Advs. Erez Mizrachi, Orly Samuelov, Ariel Ziv and Elad Astro represented Source Defense, which has developed a platform to block attacks on websites in real-time.
