FWMK Represented SAM In a 12$ Milliom Financing Round

Our firm represented the cyber company SAM in another financing round, in which the company raised $12 million from a group of investors led by Intel, with the participation of Blumberg Capital, ADT Inc. and Night Dragon.

SAM has developed a home network security platform, with an emphasis on IoT devices, which ensures the protection of both home networks and connected devices.

Our firm has been representing SAM since its establishment. Advs. Erez Mizrachi, Orly Samuelov, Yana Plotkin and Elad Astro represented SAM in this financing round.
