A Motion By AnyOption For The Appointment Of a Temporary Receiver For IDC Was Granted

Judge Hagai Brenner agreed to the request our clients - 17 AnyOption shareholders for the appointment of a temporary receiver for IDC, controlled by Moshe Hogeg.

As part of the decision, the Court determined, among other things, that it has the substantive authority to enforce Israeli liquidation laws on IDC, which is a foreign company incorporated in Cyprus.
Advs. Ofer Furth, Lior Dagan and Liron Liberman of our Litigation and Insolvency departments represented the applicants in their motion to appoint a temporary receiver.
