Representing InreCure In a 17.15$ Million Private Placement

Our firm represented medical cannabis company, InterCure in a private placement, in which Adam Neumann, the WeWork founder, invested an additional $5 million in InterCure, joining previous investments by Alex Rabinovich and Gary Fegel.

Following Mr. Neumann's investment, the amount raised in the private placement increased to $17.15 million.

InterCure is a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and is the controlling shareholder of the medical cannabis company Canndoc.

InterCure was represented in this transaction by Advs. Udi Knaani, Tomer Toor and Orely Levy.
