FWMK Represented Avanan In a 25$ Milliom Financing Round

Our firm represented the cyber company Avanan in another financing round in which it raised USD 25 million from the venture capital funds StageOne Ventures, Magma VC, and Greenfield.

Avanan specializes in information security and has developed a SaaS platform enabling users to secure their cloud services.

Our firm has represented Avanan since it was founded.

Advs. Erez Mizrachi, Doron Hadas, Michael Gofer and Elad Astro represented Avanan in this financing round.
