FWMK Represented Innovid In a 30$ Million Financing Round

Our firm represented Innovid in its sixth financing round in which the company raised $30 million from Goldman Sachs.

Innovid, which develops and operates the world’s leading video and advertising platform, has been represented by our firm since it was founded.
