FWMK Represented Ownbackup In A 23.25M$ Financing Round

FWMK represented OwnBackup, a provider of backup and recovery services for SaaS applications and a client of our firm since the very first day of its formation, in its $23.25 million Series C financing round.

The financing round was led by Insight Venture Partners and Vertex Ventures, with participation of existing investors such as Innovation Endeavors, Oryzn Capital and Salesforce Ventures.

OwnBackup was represented by FWMK Advocates Erez Mizrachi, Inbal Sustiel and Nicole Aminov Triger from our firm as well as our intern Inbar Eshel.
