Our firm represented OwnBackup, a developer of a cloud to cloud backup and disaster recovery platform of SaaS and PaaS data, in its additional USD 50 million financing round.

The round was led by Insight Venture Partners and Vertex Ventures with the participation of other existing investors such as Salesforce Ventures and Innovation Endeavors.

Advocates Erez Mizrachi, Inbal Sustiel and Elad Salem from our firm represented OwnBackup in the transaction.
