Congrats to our client SAM Seamless Network for completing another successful financing round!

Our High-Tech Division represented SAM Seamless Network, a startup which develops a solution protecting unmanned networks and IoT devices from cyber-attacks, in its US$ 20 million Series B financing round led by Verizon Ventures and Blackberry with the participation of existing investors such as Intel Capital, Blumberg Capital, ADT and NightDragon.

Advs. Erez Mizrachi, Yana Plotkin-Koren, Shauli Avraham Zaifrani and our intern Omar Massalha represented Securing Sam in the financing round.
