Our firm represented the purchasers of Finato Group, the financial trading division of Playtech PLC.

Congratulations to the Barinboim Group who led a consortium that included Leumi Partners, Menora Mivtachim Insurance, More Provident Fund, and Phoenix Holdings. Alongside the existing management, the consortium has signed an agreement to purchase Finato Group, the financial trading division of Playtech PLC. Amongst other operations, Finato Group operates a virtual trading platform for trading in shares, commodities and currencies.

Adv. Udi Knaani, Ayelet Oscar and Yana Plotkin from our M&A department represented the Barinboim Group in this agreement, alongside Adv. Elad Astro from the firm's labor law department and Oren Pecio, Intern.
