Adv. Amit Hirsch is a partner at the firm’s High Tech Department. His practice focuses on investment and other financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and on a wide range of commercial transactions.

Amit regularly counsels high tech companies from a variety of fields, and of all stages of development, regarding their financings, the corporate and commercial aspects of their operations, and their M&A activity. He also counsels funds and individual investors regarding their investments.

He has been recognized by the Legal 500 as a recommended lawyer, with client testimonials such as the following: “a true deal maker. Aside from in depth knowledge of the material, he has an extremely practical approach, and is a great resource of strategic and tactical input”.

Amit also lectures at the Reichman University (IDC Hertzeliya) on topics related to corporate and commercial law.

Before joining FWMK in 2017, Amit was an associate in the High Tech department of Matry, Meiri & Co. He became a partner at FWMK in 2022.
