Attorneys Lior Dagan, Liron Lieberman and Sivan Lev and intern Zvi Karl from our Firm represented the Firm’s clients in an application for a court order to open proceedings (liquidation) against Invest.com, controlled by Mr. Moshe Hogeg.
The Tel Aviv District Court (Vice President, Honorable Justice, Hagai Brenner) approved the petition and ordered the issuance of a liquidation order and the appointment of a liquidator.
