Kedma acquisition of A.A. Politiv for M270 NIS enterprise value

Our M&A division represented Kedma Capital Private Equity, in its acquisition of a controlling share of A.A. Politiv, a world leader in plastic sheets manufacturing, at an estimated enterprise value of M270 NIS.
