Nir Sadeh

Adv. Nir Sadeh serves as a partner in the firm, engaged in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and high-tech.  

Nir’s work includes ongoing counsel to startup and technology companies and support with any and all commercial aspects of their operations, as well as raising capital and supporting complex mergers and acquisitions.

Nir came to FWMK as an intern, and joined the firm as an associate in 2013. He became a partner in 2021.
