Engaged by the Real Estate Department, Ori provides legal services to both corporations and individuals regarding a variety of real estate transactions. These vary from commercial to residential, and through sale and purchase, starting from the due diligence stages, through to negotiation, the drafting of agreements, and the successful completion of the transaction.

As part of his work at the firm, Ori has vast experience in representing entrepreneurs, drafting commercial leases and contracts for construction projects, and in the handling, recording & registration of property rights.

Ori completed his internship at BALTER, GUTH, ALONI, and then worked at MATRY, MEIRI, before joining the firm in 2021.
