Representing N.A.R.A., One of Israel’s Largest Private Hospital Groups, In the NIS 107 M Acquisition

Our firm represented N.A.R.A., one of Israel’s largest private hospital groups, in the NIS 107 M acquisition of a 40% stake in the group by Kupat Holim Meuhedet, an Israeli institutional health maintenance organization.

NARA operates the private hospital Elisha in Haifa as well as surgical and operation centers in Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, Beit Shemesh and Afula.
