Representation of Aviation Links in the Acquisition of Control of Pegasus Travels and Tours

Our firm represented Aviation Links Ltd. (Kishrey-Teufa) in its acquisition of 50.01% of the share capital of Pegasus Travels and Tours, which specializes in international organized tours. The acquisition was in consideration of a cash payment in the amount of NIS 34.5 M and an additional NIS 16.5 M, subject to the Company’s future performance.

Completion of the transaction is contingent on the receipt of certain approvals.
