FWMK’s Litigation Department Successfully Defends the Entrepreneurs Behind Apos Medial Assets

Entrepreneurs and founders of Apos Medical Assets Ltd., a company operating in the field of medical devices, filed a lawsuit against businessman Mr. Marius Nacht, claiming Nacht had violated the Founders Agreement, to which they were parties.

Advs. Ofer Furth and Liron Liberman of the firm’s Litigation Department represent the entrepreneurs and asserted on their behalf, that according to the Founders Agreement, the entrepreneurs were entitled to receive 30% of the Company’s holdings, yet Nacht tried to circumvent the agreement and deprive them of their rights. On Thursday, the Tel Aviv District Court (the Economic Department) ordered a temporary injunction prohibiting any disposition of the Company’s holdings, to which the entrepreneurs may be entitled.
