FWMK successfully represented SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SHL) in a NIS 43 M lawsuit against Shanghai Jiuchuan Investment (Group) Co. Ltd. (Shanghai Jiuchuan).

The lawsuit was filed after the Merger Agreement was terminated when Shanghai Jiuchuan failed to fulfill the relevant closing conditions stipulated in the agreement.

Tel Aviv’s District Court accepted SHL’s position and ordered Shanghai Jiuchuan to pay SHL the full compensation specified.
