FWMK was part of the team who represented SintecMedia Ltd. in the acquisition of Pilat Media Global Plc., by means of a Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the UK Companies Act 2006 and cancellation of the admission of Pilat’s Ordinary Shares to Trading on AIM and the TASE.
