Congratulations to our client Cybellum Ltd., the founders – Slava Bronfman and Michael Engstler, and the entire Cybellum team on its acquisition by LG Electronics!

Our High-Tech Division represented Cybellum, a vehicle cybersecurity startup which develops a solution to identify and remediate security risks at scale, throughout the entire vehicle’s life cycle, in its acquisition by LG Electronics. Initially LG shall acquire an approximate 64% of Cybellum’s share capital for $140 M and invest additional $20 M in the Company (total deal estimation of approximately $240M for the acquisition of Cybellum’s entire share capital).

Advs. Erez Mizrachi, Orly Samuelov, Yana Plotkin-Koren, Rudy Rimal and Dina Mets represented Cybellum in the acquisition.
