Congratulations to our client Neratech Media (an Israeli public company), on the closing of its merger with GoTo Global, an international multimodal shared mobility company.

GoTo Global, which operates in Israel, Germany, Spain and Malta, offers subscribers a range of vehicles, including cars, bikes, electric scooters and mopeds, through its unique connected mobility app.
