A Motion By AnyOption For The Appointment Of a Temporary Receiver For IDC Was Granted

Judge Hagai Brenner agreed to the request of our clients – 17 Any Option shareholders for the appointment of a temporary receiver for IDC, controlled by Moshe Hogeg.

As part of the decision, the Court determined, among other things, that it has the substantive authority to enforce Israeli liquidation laws on IDC, which is a foreign company incorporated in Cyprus.
