A Motion for Injunction filed on Behalf of Our Client, Mr. Hanan Asiag was Granted

Hon. Judge Ruth Ronen of the Tel Aviv District Court granted a motion for temporary injunction filed by our firm on behalf of Hanan Asiag against Yigal Zilkha. The injunction prohibits Zilkha from making any change or taking any action relating to his shareholdings in casinos in Morocco until the claim filed against him by Mr. Asiag, for a declarative relief by which Mr. Asiag is entitled to 50% of Zilkah’s holdings in the casinos, will be heard and concluded.
