Our firm represented Linda Messalem, former partner in the accounting firm Kesselman & Kesselman (PwC Israel), in lengthy legal proceedings against Kesselman & Kesselman. Last week, a second ruling was issued in favor of our client, rejecting a NIS 5.25 M claim made against her.

This decision came after a previous ruling that required Kesselman & Kesselman to pay our client approximately NIS 10 M.
