We are proud and excited to announce the completion of the acquisition of Securing Sam Ltd by Qualcomm Technologies Inc, one of the world’s leading companies in semiconductors and technology.
This transaction was particularly meaningful for us, as our firm has been advising the company for approximately a decade. Over the years, we have had the privilege of working alongside the company’s management and shareholders, supporting its growth and assisting across a wide range of legal matters, through financing rounds, commercial transactions and business expansion, all the way to this significant milestone.
