Another success to FWMK’s Litigation department, defending our clients in class actions

A motion to approve a class action against a client of our firm, was denied by the Tel Aviv District Court, while establishing a precedential mechanism for identifying frivolous claims and denying motions to approve such claims as a class action. An appeal that was filed to the supreme court was also denied on March 2023.
