Congrats to May Piamenta, Avi Amor and Gil Amsalem and the entire VEE Team for completing a successful financing round! FWMK represented VEE, a developer of an innovative volunteering platform, in its $12M financing round led by State of Mind Ventures, with participation from noted Israeli VCs Oryzn Capital, Vertex, and Viola Ventures.

VEE was represented by Advs. Erez Mizrachi, Nir Sadeh, Elad Astro, Elisha Bornstein, and Intern Eti Bashan, from our High-Tech department.
