We welcome the Haifa District Court’s decision to certify the class action lawsuit we filed against the Bnei Sakhnin FC on behalf of numerous fans, following the cancellation of the match between Maccabi Haifa and Bnei Sakhnin after fans had already arrived at the stadium and were forced to turn back.
This decision represents legal recognition of the collective harm caused to the fans and underscores the importance of protecting consumer rights within the world of sports and culture.
