We represented Own Company (formerly Ownbackup) in its acquisition by Salesforce for approx. 2 Billion dollars in cash, and Playtika in its acquisition of SuperPlay, for approx. 2 Billion dollars (cash + earn out), and both at the same time!!
We’ve been representing Own since its incorporation in 2014 – a magnificent conclusion to a 10 year journey together.
