FWMK Represented SAM In a $12 M Financing Round

Our firm represented the cyber company SAM in another financing round, in which the Company raised $12 M from a group of investors led by Intel, with the participation of Blumberg Capital, ADT Inc. and Night Dragon.

SAM has developed a home network security platform, with an emphasis on IoT devices, which ensures the protection of both home networks and connected devices.

Our firm has been representing SAM since its incorporation.
