Our firm represented OwnBackup, a developer of a cloud-to-cloud backup and disaster recovery platform of SaaS and PaaS data, in its additional $50 M financing round.

The round was led by Insight Venture Partners and Vertex Ventures with the participation of other existing investors such as Salesforce Ventures and Innovation Endeavors.
