FWMK was happy to represent OwnBackup, a provider of backup and recovery services for SaaS applications, in a $7.5 M Series B financing round.

The financing round was led by Insight Venture Partners with participation of existing investors Innovation Endeavors, Oryzn Capital and Salesforce Ventures.

Attorneys Erez Mizrachi and Inbal Sustiel (partners) and Bar Assulin provided OwnBackup legal advice on all aspects of the financing process.
