Our firm represented the Israeli start-up Perceptive AI, which raised $1.5 M in a financing round led by Meron Capital and in which the American venture capital firm Scopus Ventures also participated.

Perceptive AI has developed a customer retention platform that enables organizations to automatically identify which customers may abandon specific products and services and which may purchase new products and services.

Perceptive AI was represented by Advs. Erez Mizrachi, Orly Samuelov and Nicole Aminov from FWMK.
