A professional conference was held in collaboration with Willis Israel, EY Israel and GCs for GCs, focusing on the legal, financial, and insurance aspects of due diligence and disclosure schedules in mergers and acquisitions.

The conference featured lectures and a practical workshop addressing how to handle due diligence findings in M&A transactions and how to implement them throughout the deal process. Participants also took part in an in-depth discussion on the role of the in-house legal counsel in risk management and value creation in complex transactions.
