Adv. Asaf Edri is an associate at the firm, engaged in corporate law, high-tech and mergers and acquisitions.
As part of his work, Asaf provides ongoing counsel to startup and technology companies for a wide range of commercial and corporate issues regarding their day-to-day operations. He also offers ongoing counsel to corporations and private investors in investment transactions and the raising of capital in Israel and abroad.
Asaf finished his internship at Raved, Magriso, Benkel & Co., before joining FWMK as an associate in 2021.
