Adv. Ran Kapitulnik is an associate in the firm, engaged in high-tech, venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

Ran provides ongoing counsel to High Tech companies from a variety of fields, and of all stages of development, in a wide range of commercial and corporate issues regarding their day to day operations, and offers ongoing counsel to corporations and private investors in both investment transactions and capital raising in Israel and abroad.

Ran was an intern and associate in the high-tech department of Pearl Cohen, and joined the firm in 2022.
