Yael Ben Naim

Adv. Yael Ben Naim is a partner and the head of our Labor and Employment Law department.

Specializing in advising local and international companies, particularly in High-Tech, Yael is deeply skilled and experienced in aspects relating to the change of employers as a result of transactions, including assessing various legal risks. Yael also advises our clients on various employment matters, including compensation and retirement packages, benefits plans, sexual harassment and discrimination laws and regulations, employment and consultancy agreements.

In addition, Yael represents Israeli and international companies in labor disputes before the labor courts and has vast experience in assisting with obtaining work visas for relocating foreign employees.
