Erez Mizrachi

Adv. Erez Mizrachi is one of the firm’s founding partners, and heads the firm’s High-Tech Department.

Deservedly earning the reputation of being the “Deal maker,” Erez is a creative thinker, specializing in complex Mergers and Acquisitions and financing transactions and in providing ongoing counsel to startup companies from inception, seed and VC fundings, to comprehensive commercial and legal on-going services, until their M&A, IPO or SPAC transactions.

Erez also represents, Israeli and foreign funds and various startup companies at all stages (including several Unicorns and publicly traded companies).

With an extensive background in commercial transactions, technology transactions, licensing, and intellectual property, he also has considerable experience in legal and business counseling to well established tech companies in their day-to-day operations and transactions.
