Congratulations to OwnBackup, which has been represented by FWMK’s High-Tech Department since its incorporation, on the completion of another successful financing round, raising $15.5M from Vertex Ventures and its existing investors: Insight Venture Partners, Innovation Endeavors, Oryzn Capital and Salesforce Ventures. OwnBackup develops cloud data backup and recovery technologies that enable automatic, secure, and regular backups of SaaS and Pass data.

OwnBackup was represented by Advs. Erez Mizrachi, Orly Samuelov, Bar Assulin and Elad Salem of our firm’s High-Tech Department.
