FWMK represented the Webpals Group in its acquisition of the remaining 46% stake in Marmar Media, completing its takeover of the Company after acquiring a 54% stake two years ago.
Marmar Media specializes in marketing applications and software in various content worlds. The Webpals Group operates the media and publishing divisions of XLMedia, which is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange, and develops the Group’s technological systems.
