Adv. Orr Noy, managing partner in our firm, took part in the Duns100 forum of senior attorneys in Israel in the field of commercial litigation. The conference dealt with a variety of topics, including the possibility of holding pre-trial hearings remotely, via a video call. In this context, Adv. Noy noted the importance of holding a hearing in the court itself, as part of the means of preserving the status of the profession and the status of the courts in Israel.
